We’re excited to announce the launch of PEDO’s new Invoice Management System (IMS) — a major step toward transparency, efficiency, and real-time tracking in PEDO’s invoice processing workflow.

All invoices from Projects and Powerhouses will now be processed exclusively through this digital platform, streamlining operations and eliminating manual delays.

Today, a comprehensive training session was held for the end-users, including relevant staff and representatives from Projects, Powerhouses, and the Audit & Finance Sections.

Director IT led a detailed demonstration of the app’s features and functionality, which received overwhelming appreciation from the participants.

Important Update:
Starting 2nd May, 2025, only invoices submitted through the Invoice Management System app will be accepted for processing.
