With reference to the screening test held on September 10, 2025, for various BPS-17 and below positions in PEDO conducted by ETEA, all qualified candidates (who have secured 50% or above marks) are hereby informed to carefully read and comply with the following instructions. The last date for submission of the “PEDO Applicant Data Form” is Monday, September 29, 2025.

• Qualified candidates are advised to carefully read the following instructions before filling out the “PEDO Applicant Data Form” available in the Jobs Section of PEDO’s official website i.e. www.pedokp.gov.pk and can be downloded by clicking HERE

• The duly filled and signed “PEDO Applicant Data Form”, along with attested copies of all academic documents/testimonials, experience certificates, updated CV/resume, copy of CNIC, two passport-size photographs, and any other relevant supporting documents, must be sent to the address below on or before Monday, September 29, 2025, for scrutiny and further processing. Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained.

• The “PEDO Applicant Data Form” and the required documents must be sent via registered courier service. By-hand submissions, applications received after the due date, or applications lacking required information/documents will not be considered under any circumstances.

• Clearly mention the post applied for on the envelope/subject line, and submit a separate application and envelope for each post, if applying for more than one position.

• Unclaimed qualification and experience will not be accepted/counted. Claimed Qualification and experience without supporting documents/documented proofs will also be not accepted/counted.

• Only Eligible/Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview. Shortlisting shall be carried out on the basis of selection criteria in PEDO Regulations, 2024. Shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview based on their aggregate score.  

• Candidates are advised to must provide accurate information in the application form. Submission of incorrect details, such as domicile, zone, age, qualification, or experience, shall be treated as “Concealment of Facts”, and such candidates will be disqualified at any stage of the recruitment and Selection process.
