The tender for purchase of IT Hardware & Equipment including supply, installation, testing and commissioning at PEDO, PMO and E&P offices under KHRE Program funded by World Bank, was published in national dailies dated 2nd January 2023 by following the national competitive bidding procedure. Subsequently, several suppliers/prospective bidders have shown their interest to participate in the instant tender by communicating their queries via telephonically as well as in writing. In order to clarify the queries of each supplier, the Client conducted a pre-bid /clarification meeting on 11th January 2023 at Conference room of PMO KHRE office Hayatabad, Phase-5, Peshawar.
